Greetings from Coffee Expo Seoul 2012 Secretariat!
It is my pleasure to introduce to you the upcoming Coffee Expo Seoul 2012 that is to be held from April 26-29, at the Coex Exhibition and Convention Center located in Seoul, Korea.
As Korea’s biggest and most professional tradeshow organizer, Coex has organized various specialized tradeshows over the past 26 years.
The Coffee Expo reflects the unique coffee culture and high demand of the Korean coffee industry. The coffee market in Korea has almost doubled over the past 3 years, from 1.4 trillion KRW in 2007 to 2.8 trillion KRW in 2010. This increase is not only limited to coffee itself, but is closely related to the consumption of other premium foods and beverages, bakery items, wine, and more.
Coffee Expo 2012 expects over 100 companies, 250 booths, and 20,000 buyers to participate. The wide variety of exhibit items includes coffee, tea, machinery, packing materials, and other coffee-related industries such as bakery, utensils, etc.
In addition, it features diverse events such as 2012 World Super Barista Championship, Latte Art Competition, showcase of new products, business start-up seminar etc.
To promote Coffee Expo 2012 more internationally, we are now looking for new opportunities to cooperate with you. We would like to suggest the below:
1. We are now looking for promising sales agents from your country.
The sales commission rates are negotiable, which are based on the number of booths and buyers attracted by the agent. Your professional know-how and industrial database would be of great help to us in promoting our show and our cooperation.
2. To add to the many benefits of our international show we are preparing a Professional Seminar.
Therefore we are looking for experienced experts such as you to participate as a Speaker. The topic of the seminars will be changed according to the Speaker’s specialties. (Services provided for the speakers will be notified individually to interested applicants.)
3. We would like to ask if you could promote our show to your organization members.
We would send you our online newsletter matter that you could send out through your database. We would also like to find ways for you to send us delegations or groups of buyers to our show.
These would be great ways to promote each of our organizations internationally.
